A unique characteristic of divine scriptures distinguishing them from other textual literature is their accompanied built-in evidence supplementing and reaffirming the literal text. A mathematically composed text has the distinct advantage of additional layers of protections safeguarding against modifications and distortions. The underlying Quran's mathematical structure, QMS, reinforces, confirms and augments its literal composition. As such, it is self-sufficient and fully detailed, see 6:114.

The QMS, although very broad and encompassing in scope, places a special emphasis on the prime number 19, see 74:30. It is the gematric value of the Arabic word "one", signifying the "One"ness of its author, See appendix one.

Wide ranging and pervasive mathematical structures with their intricate and interlocking substructures pervade over the chapters and verses down to the level of individual words and letters. It is in this light that we may arrive at a proper appreciation regarding the challenges issued in 2:23-24 and 17:88, etc. These hidden substructures beneath the literal composition, see 20:15, complement the textual components providing inter-relations and correlations among, otherwise, seemingly unrelated segments. The resulting augmented textual composition would in turn serve to greatly enhance our understanding and appreciation of the central message.
