The counts of the initials in the declaration ALMS in chapter 7 have similar properties we saw earlier in chapter 3. As illustrated in the Fig., the center equation is the sum of the individual counts, along with their corresponding component pairs, highlighted by the upper and lower semi-circles: (25, 29), (15, 30), (11, 64), and (53, 20).
We notice the following pairs of components linked up by ord (see Glossary) arrows: 25 with 53 (upper curved U arrow), 15 with 29 and 29 with 97 via intervening 68, and 11 with 20. Furthermore, 64 connects with 30 via intermediate nodes 18 and 32 (inner three arrows); 64 with verse count 18, itself, ord of 32, the latter with 30 verses.
